Ayurveda Vachaspathy Dr B Rajeev

He played a significant role in the development of Ayurveda Community in Kerala . He is a man of vision, who is always full of ideas aimed at the development of Ayurveda & the country. He firmly believes that India needs to play a more assertive role in international Health scenario .He started his first clinic AYUS AROGYA KENDRA in 1988 at Perumbavoor, Cochin, Kerala. Now he is a honorary consultant in Dept. of Holistic Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, AIMS, Cochin.

Born on June 1, 1964, Dr Rajeev Bhaskara Pillai did his studies in Ayurvedic Science (BAMS, MD) from Kerala, MSc in Psychology from University of Madras and PhD in Indian Psychology from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Studies. During his illustrious career, he did his studies in Siddha Vaidya from Madras (DSM), and Yoga& Naturopathy from Calcutta (ND, DYT) Dr B Rajeev won many accolades and awards. He won the prestigious VAIDYARATNA award from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College , Trichur, Kerala in1986

1. Founded in 1988 by the Late E S B PILLAI at Perumbavoor in Ernakulam district of Kerala State. The nearest Railway stations in ALWAYE (Ernakulam Dist), on the Chennai- Ernakulam railway line, at a distance of 15 k.m. COCHIN is the nearest airport at a distance of 10 km.
Perumbavoor is situated at a distance of about 30 km from Kochi, 230 km from Trivandrum and 125 km from Calicut (Kozhikode) by road.
2. Today this is one of the major hospitals in Ayurveda ,Yoga & Holistic Systems of Medicine in Kerala. His wife Ayurvedacharya Dr Sunitha S Nair is the Medical Superintendent of AYUS AROGYA KENDRA hospital & Research Centre.

3. Provide Panchakarma and other Kerala special treatments under the guidance of expert ayurvedic physicians. These treatments are found effective for various ailments like Paralysis, Arthritis, Spondylosis, Neuro-muscular disorders etc.
